Profession autoclave servicing in NSW
Our expert technicians appreciate that a well maintained and regularly serviced autoclave will perform better and work more reliably than one that isn’t. We also believe that prevention is preferable to cure and most often much less costly too. That is why we encourage our clients to commit to regular autoclave servicing and inspections. Many minor faults can often be rectified during servicing before they develop into more costly issues later on.
Autoclave repairs
Thanks to the skills of our expert field engineers and their access to our stock of readily available components, most repairs can be quickly and effectively conducted on-site. In the highly unlikely event that we do need to take your benchtop autoclave into our workshop, we will provide a loan unit whenever possible.
Autoclave calibrations and validations
Following any autoclave servicing or repairs, we always carry out a calibration cycle and provide a calibration report including the printout from our temperature data-logger (which itself is calibrated by an approved laboratory every 12 months).
For medical centres and clinics to podiatry clinics, tattoo parlours and beauty salons, we carry out validation to Australian Standards AS4815 and provide a laminated validation report that includes the printout from our temperature data-logger
Sterilising services
If owning a benchtop autoclave is not an economical option for your business, or you are only likely to make very occasional use of one, we provide a pick-up and drop-off service to your sterilise equipment at highly competitive rates.
